Sunday Cooking like a Lacagnina

So if you don't cook on Sunday I have to tell you it's time to start. Besides the obvious benefits of having leftovers for the the rest of the week and having something good to eat during the weekend that costs less than what you would ever pay in a restaurant, there are greater, more far reaching benefits.
Cooking like a Lacagnina on a Sunday can mean you get to attract people you love to your dinner table and enjoy a good meal, a glass of wine and some solid connecting and conversation thereby making the day, your weekend and life in general worth living. You can also connect with your past in positive ways by honoring all the times you spent at your grandparents' and your parents' table eating, laughing, talking and renewing yourself with the people you love most. This is not a recipe per se except for how you can live well every weekend when you take the time to cook, eat, visit, laugh and just be at the table, in the moment. Happy Sunday.
